Founded | 2004 |
The founder of this US-based sport bike company is Daniel Fischer. To develop the company’s first motorcycle, MRX 650, Fischer took different suppliers: for example EADS was engaged in production of the MRX`s engineering, Harley Davidson and GTS was engaged in design of the frame. General styling of this bike was handed over to a designer from the Great Britain, Glynn Kerr. Also other different minor USA heavy equipment suppliers were deployed in the process of creation of Fischer`s first bike. So, there were an elaborated mixture of proven items from the proven suppliers rather than some distinctive innovations. According to the words of the owner himself, his decision was to “take existing technology and fine-tune it”. As the result, “Motocyclist” magazine reviewed MRX 650 in 2006 as “the most important new American bike in generations”.
After Roax`s void of agreement with Fischer, aiming to supply engines to Harley`s Buell, there was going certain vicissitude. In 2009 the company announced production increase, but it soon ended up in ceasing of the production.
However, according to a motorcycle blog from India, in 2015 Fischer was speaking about entering the market of India with its new 150 cc bike.
