History of KSR Moto motorcycles and logo
Austrian company KSR Group GmbH is the greatest and the most famous manufacturer of sports motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and off-road vehicles in Europe. It was founded in 1934 when an engineer named Hans Trunkenpolz opened a small workshop for metal processing. The releasing of motorcycles started in 1953. KSR is the very first producer of the four-stroke engine with air cooling, a motorcycle with front and rear disc brakes and other innovations. In 1992 company was divided into KTM Sports motorcycles AG, KTM Fahrrad GmbH (bicycles) and KTM Kühler GmbH (radiators).
