Founder of the brand, Tu Jianhua, began the history in 1983, being an owner of a few workshops in Chongqing, which were engaged in processing metal, tissue, plastic etc for the vehicle industry.

1993 became the year of visible progress in the Chinese motorcycle market. And as Tu Jianhua succeeded in setting up Chongqing Loncin Traffic Mechanical Plant, he finally fulfilled its extension into a full circle bike manufacture.

In 2002, the volume of inner and export sales had risen to a discernable competitive level of the domestic market. 2003 was marked by the establishment of Loncin Holdings Co., Ltd. During the next 10 years had been done a necessary makeover — Loncin was transformed  into a multisectoral industrial group, as in the beginning of 21-st century it was just a single manufacturing industry. Now Loncin is a modern private company, which is always able to face every challenge of the present world and modern market.
