Taiwanese motorcycle industry boasts a half-century-long history. Over this fairly long period, motorbikes and, most important, motor scooters, have almost entirely ousted cars from city streets. Needless to say, this kind of transport is much more maneuverable and requires little space for parking, which is crucial for overpopulated Taiwan. Research has shown that motorized bikes are the key type of transport for more than 90% of Taiwanese citizens. And not just motorcycles, but Taiwanese motorcycles!
